立德树人概念的百年溯源与实践探索

摘要 立德树人是教育的根本任务,也是中国共产党的教育话语体系中最具标识性的概念,它集中代表了党百年来探索与发展教育的历史经验。以概念史为方法论,探究立德树人概念的百年生成,需先基于语义学分析,建构立德树人概念的“能指”,明晰立德树人概念的内涵与分析维度;再基于实践史分析,通过探究党在不同历史时期“立什么德”“树什么人”“如何立德树人”等问题,建构立德树人概念在不同历史阶段的意义“所指”,由此在历史逻辑中寻求立德树人概念“能指”与“所指”的统一,从而梳理立德树人概念经由蕴蓄期、萌芽期、初创期与发展期的百年生成脉络。 Fostering virtue through education is the fundamental mission of education,as well as the most emblematic concept within the educational discourse system of the Communist Party of China,Exploring the centennial progression of the concept of fostering virtue through education with conceptual history as methodological approach needs to start with semantics analysis,construct the"signilier"ol the concept,and clarily its connotation and analytical dimensions.Then,based on analysis of practice history,it should examine questions such as"what kind of talents to cultivate","which virtues to loster",and"how to loster virtue through education'du ring different historical epochs,and construet the"signified"of the concept at various stages in history,By doing so,it can seek the unity between the"signifier"and"signiied"within historical logic,thus delineating the centennial progression of the concept,which passed through phases ol incubation,sprouting,initiation and development.
