劳动新形态下学校劳动教育面临的挑战与应对举措

摘要 近年来,我国在宏观政策层面多次强调构建新时代中国特色社会主义劳动教育体系,着重指出学校劳动教育须紧密结合产业新业态、劳动新形态等因素开展教育活动。随着经济社会的飞速发展,劳动形态呈现持续迭代、多元并存、形式多样的特点。在劳动过程中,劳动者、劳动对象、劳动资料等要素也发生了诸多新的变化。这些变化包括劳动用工日益灵活、劳动形式日趋多样、劳动时间更加自由、劳动协作更加紧密等。显然,劳动形态的变革将深刻影响学校劳动教育的方式、课程设置及评价机制等各个方面。因此,学校劳动教育亟待与社会劳动形态的发展同步,通过实施马克思主义劳动观教育、推进课程改革、加强师资培养、促进“家校社”协同育人等应对措施,以提升学校劳动教育的成效。 In recent years,China has consistently emphasized the establishment of socialist labor education system with Chinese characteristies at macro policy level in the new era,highlighting emerging lactors like new industrial patterns and form of labor,As economy and society undergo rapid development,form of labor is displaying characteristics of continuous evolution,diversity,and myriad forms,In labor activities,laborers,labor objects and labor materials have also changed,including increasingly llexible labor employment,diverse landscape of form of labor,heightened freedom in work hours,and closer labor collaboration,Evidently,the transformation of form of labor will significantly influence the education path,curriculum setting,and evaluation mechanism in school labor education,Therelore,school needs to align labor education with concurrent evolution of societal form of labor and improve the progress of labor education by implementing Marxist perspectives on labor education,propelling curriculum relorm,enhancing teacher training,and fostering collaboration among school,home and society.
