摘要
针对煤矿综采多设备串联系统存在维护成本高、可靠性要求高的特点,提出了一种基于成本节约模型约束的机会维护决策模型。结合我国煤矿设备维修领域现行的多级别维修机制,采用两级维修策略,综合混合故障率演变规则建立了单设备层非等周期预防性维护模型;将设备维护对系统运行的影响量化为经济性约束,通过最小化系统总维护成本,以获取综采设备系统的最优机会维护策略。研究结果表明:单设备维护模型在保障煤矿设备高可靠性的同时,能有效降低维护成本;当系统停机损失较大时,基于成本节约模型的机会维护策略可以明显降低煤矿综采设备系统总维护成本。
An opportunistic maintenance decision-making model based on cost-saving constraints was proposed for the multi-equipment serial system of fully mechanized mining in coal mines,which had the characteristics of high maintenance cost and high reliability requirement.Combined with the current multi-level maintenance mechanism in the field of coal mine equipment maintenance in China,a two-level maintenance strategy was adopted,and a single equipment level nonequal periodic preventive maintenance model was established by combining the mixed failure rate evolution rules.The impact of equipment maintenance on system operation as an economic constraint was quantified.The optimal opportunistic maintenance strategy of a multi-equipment mining equipment system by minimizing the total maintenance cost of the system was obtained.The results show that the single equipment maintenance model is effective in reducing maintenance costs while it can ensure the high reliability of coal mining equipment.When the multi-equipment serial system is more in the downtime loss,the opportunistic maintenance strategy based on the cost-saving model can be more significant in reducing the total maintenance cost of a fully mechanized mining equipment system.
