市政污水处理厂碳减排潜力评估的方法与应用

摘要 碳减排潜力评估是实现市政污水处理厂碳中和的基础。构建了包含4类46项技术的碳减排技术库,基于层次分析法和问卷调查建立了碳减排潜力评估指标体系,评估了碳减排技术的可行性,为市政污水处理厂碳中和路径研究提供参考。结果表明,运行管理类、资源循环类、工艺选择类、清洁能源类技术有可能应用的比例分别为62.5%、62.5%、50.0%、30.0%,其中,加药泵变频控制技术、提升泵变频控制技术、关键设备的能源效率管理系统是现阶段可行性最高的碳减排技术;以某地方水务集团27座污水处理厂为案例,根据碳减排潜力评估结果由高到低将污水处理厂归纳为碳中和潜力型、能源依赖型和传统挖潜型,以上各类型污水处理厂占比分别为3.7%、63.0%、33.3%,针对不同类型污水处理厂提供了相应的碳减排可行技术建议。 The assessment of carbon reduction potential is the foundation for achieving carbon neutrality in municipal wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs).This study constructed a carbon reduction technology database consisting of 46 technologies in 4 categories.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey,a carbon reduction potential evaluation index system was established to evaluate the feasibility of carbon reduction technologies,aiming to serving as a reference for the study of carbon neutrality pathways in WWTPs.The proportions of potential applications for operation management,resource recycling,process selection,and clean energy technologies were 62.5%,62.5%,50.0%,and 30.0%,respectively.Among them,the most feasible carbon reduction technologies at present were dosing pump frequency conversion control technology,pump frequency conversion control technology,and energy efficiency management system for key equipment.Taking 27 WWTPs of a local water group as a case study,based on the evaluation results of carbon reduction potential,they were classified from high to low into carbon neutrality potential type,energy dependent type,and traditional tapping potential type.The proportions of the above three types of WWTPs were 3.7%,63.0%,and 33.3%.In additions,corresponding feasible technical suggestions for carbon reduction were provided.
