Synchronization and Complementarity:The Value Orientation and Practical Approach of Whole-Process Peoples Democracy and the Party's Management of the Media

发展全过程人民民主与坚持党管媒体是互为表里、相辅相成的辩证关系。在价值取向上,全过程人民民主和党管媒体具有高度的同步性;在理论逻辑上,党管媒体和全过程人民民主昭彰“以人民为中心”的价值追求;在实践理路上,坚持党管媒体是赋能全过程人民民主的应有之义。两者在实践中相互耦合、形成合力,共同展现了中国新闻业在民主政治领域不同于西方模式的新图景。
