腱病流行病学研究进展

Advances in epidemiology of tendinopathy

腱病是一种以复杂多阶段病理变化为特征的肌腱疾病,主要临床表现为疼痛、运动功能下降和运动耐量下降,多发于肩袖肌腱群、膑腱、臀肌腱和跟腱。目前腱病的流行病学研究已向基因水平延伸,由此带来的病理生理学改变成为腱病诊断和治疗研究的重要方向。本文回顾10年来腱病流行病学方面的研究进展,围绕其发病率和患病率,以及发病相关的危险因素进行综述。

Tendinopathy is a complex multifaceted pathology of the tendon,characterized mainly by pain,decline in function and reduced exercise tolerance.The most common tendinopathies involve the rotator cuff tendon,patellar tendon,gluteal tendon and the Achilles tendon.At present,the epidemiological studies of tendinopathy have extended to the genetic level,and the resulting of pathophysiological changes have become a vital direction of the diagnosis and treatment of tendinopathy.This paper reviews the progress of epidemiology of tendinopathy including incidence,prevalence and relative risk factors from last decade.
