摘要
《爱国主义教育法》分别以强化中华文化认同增进公民的中华民族认同和国家认同,践行社会主义核心价值观推动全社会铸牢中华民族共同体意识,弘扬爱国主义精神以实现中华民族伟大复兴的国家目标为其精神内核,是应对世界百年未有之大变局的中国方案和实现中华民族伟大复兴的法治保障。推进《爱国主义教育法》的有效实施,应遵循观念、行动和结构的逻辑进路,强化法治宣传,协调多方参与,健全保障体制机制。
The Patriotic Education Law,with its inner spirit of strengthening Chinese cultural identity to enhance citizens’identity of the whole Chinese nation and China,practicing socialist core values to promote the whole society to consolidate a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and carrying forward the spirit of patriotism to realize the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,is a Chinese way to cope with profound changes unseen in a century that the world is undergoing,and also is the legal guarantee for advancing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Consequently,to promote the effective implementation of the Patriotic Education Law,it is necessary to follow the logical progression of concepts,actions and structures,strengthen the publicity of the rule of law,coordinate multi-participation,and improve the guarantee systems.
