大学教育监督对教师生产力的影响

摘要 大学教育监督是高等教育质量保障的必要环节,也是教师生产力的重要决定因素。为了解教师对教学监督的认知和看法,采用问卷调查和访谈方法,对一所省属高校的教师进行抽样调查。结果发现教师都非常重视自己的专业发展,但管理的教育监督形式还存在一些问题。本文从评价改革、评价方式和督导队伍建设三个方面提出对策建议,以期将教学监督作为提高教师生产力和教育高质量发展的重要推手。 University education supervision is a necessary way in the quality assurance of higher education and an important determinant of teacher productivity.In order to understand teachers’cognition and views on teaching supervision,a sample survey of teachers in a provincial university was conducted by means of questionnaire and interview.The results show that teachers attach great importance to their professional development,but there are still some problems in the form of education supervision based on control.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of evaluation reform,evaluation method and supervision team construction,in order to take teaching supervision as an important force to improve teachers’productivity and high quality development of education.
