离合器式螺旋压力机的主螺杆上端通过渐开线花键与离合器的摩擦盘连接,由于该处传递的扭矩较大,随着使用时间的增长,在磨损和撞击的作用下花键配合间隙增大,影响设备的正常使用。为解决此问题,以J55-4000离合器式螺旋压力机主螺杆花键维修为实例进行分析,采用一种经济型的维修方法,通过增加胀套消除了花键配合间隙对设备磨损的影响,避免了离合器摩擦盘来回窜动而产生的撞击及摩擦磨损。通过维修后的使用状况来看,该方法安全可靠,经济实用,延长了螺旋压力机主螺杆的使用寿命。

The upper end of main screw spindle for clutch type screw press is connected with the friction disc of clutch through the invo-lute spline,where the torque transmitted is larger,and with the increasing of use time,under the action of wear and impact,the spline fit clearance increases,which affects the normal use of equipment.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,the maintenance example of main screw spindle spline for J55-4000 clutch type screw press was analyzed,and an economical maintenance method was adopted.Then,by increasing the expansion sleeve,the influence of spline fit clearance on the equipment wear was eliminated,and the impact and friction wear caused by the back and forth movement of the friction disc for clutch were avoided.According to the service condition after mainte-nance,the above method is safe,reliable,economical and practical,which extends the service life of the main screw spindle for screw press.
