闽南文化视域下女排精神融入高校德育工作路径探析一以闽南师范大学实践经验为个案

Exploring the Path of Integrating the Spirit of Women's Volleyball Team into Moral Education in Universities from the Perspective of Minnan Culture--A Case Study of the Practical Experience in Minnan Normal University

女排精神是中华体育精神的一面旗帜,生动诠释了祖国至上、团结协作、顽强拼搏、永不言败的精神内涵,与闽南文化德育内涵有着内在的共通性。进入数字时代,数字泛娱乐主义思潮潜移默化地影响着当代青年大学生的主流价值取向。闽南文化视域下传承和弘扬女排精神,有助于匡正大学生价值取向、丰富高校育人资源、弘扬中华体育精神。通过总结闽南师范大学实践经验,提出线下与线下、虚拟与实在、校内与校外相联动的融合路径,不断强化智能式育人、场景化育人、实践式育人效果,实现闽南文化精神与中华体育精神共通共融。

The spirit of women's volleyball team is a banner of the Chinese sports spirit,which vividly interprets the connotation of motherland first,unity and cooperation,working hard and never giving up.It shares inherent commonalities with the Minnan cultural and moral education.In the digital age,the trend of digital entertainment has subtly influenced the mainstream value orientation of contemporary young college students.From the perspective of Minnan culture,inheriting and promoting the spirit of women's volleyball team will help correct the values of college students,enrich educational resources in universities,and promote the spirit of Chinese sports.Based on the practical experience of Minnan Normal University.The paper suggests a path of integration,a linkage onfline and offline,virtual and real,and on campus and off campus,to continuously strengthen the effects of intelligent education,scenario-based education,and practical education,and achieve the integration of Minnan cultural spirit and Chinese sports spirit.
