高密度街区式住区布局形态生成机制及方法研究——以深圳为例

A Study on the Layout form Generating Mechanism and Methods of High Density Block Style Residential Areas:Case Study of Shenzhen City

深圳高密度住区因注重户型日照而普遍呈现出点式超高层形态,从而忽略了建筑沿街高品质街区空间形成,户型与街区品质两极化问题凸显。街区式布局被认为是兼顾户型与街区品质的有效方式,本文在归纳国内外高密度街区式住区类型与形成机制的基础上,结合深圳设计控制原则,借助Grasshopper参数化平台进行高密度街区式住区的生成设计,以期形成多种高密度街区式住区布局及相关设计指标,为未来多样化高密度住区布局探索提供依据。

High density residential areas in Shenzhen generally exhibit a point style super high-rise form under the emphasis on unit type sunlight,ignoring the formation of block spatial quality,and highlighting the polarization problem between unit type and block quality.The block style layout is considered an effective way to balance the quality of unit and residential areas.Based on summarizing the types and formation mechanisms of high-density block style residential areas at home and abroad,combined with the design control principles of Shenzhen,this article uses the Grasshopper parameterization platform to design the generation of high-density block style residential areas,in order to form various high-density block style residential area layouts and related design indicators,and provide a basis for exploring diversified high-density residential area layouts in the future.
