摘要
当地铁车辆在正线运行发生故障时,若不能迅速排除故障,将可能导致列车晚点,造成不良社会影响。现行故障处置模式只能对正线已经发生的故障进行处置,属于事后被动处置,缺乏对正线故障关联因素的预警,不能防患于未然。针对地铁列车正线故障处置存在的效率低及事后被动问题,文章提出一种正线故障处置智能辅助系统及方法,即通过正线列车实时监测预警,基于列车正线故障历史数据进行深度学习,在实际故障未发生之前提前对各系统隐患进行预警,降低故障影响;通过列车HMI显示屏智能故障指引,将故障处理措施显示到列车HMI显示屏上,屏幕自动出现故障处理指引提示,便于司机现场处理故障,提升处置效率。
It may lead to delays and cause adverse social impacts if the faults can’t be quickly solved when metro vehicles malfunction on the main line.The current troubleshooting ways can only handle faults that have already occurred on the main line,which belongs to passive handling after the fact.It lacks early-warning for the related faults factors on main line and it also can’t prevent them from happening before faults occur.Addressing the issues of low efficiency and passive response after the event,this article proposes an intelligent assisted system and ways for handling faults on urban rail trains on main line.Through real-time monitoring and early-warning of trains on main lines,deep learning is carried out based on historical data of train faults on main lines.Before actual faults occur,hidden dangers in various systems are warned in advance to reduce the impact of faults.By using intelligent troubleshooting guidance on the vehicle display screen,troubleshooting measures are arranged on the train HMI displayer.The vehicle screen automatically displays prompts for troubleshooting guidance,making it easier for drivers to handle faults on site and improving handling efficiency.
