科技创新水平对碳生产率的影响

摘要 “双碳”目标的提出体现了我国大国责任担当,同时也对我国经济社会发展实现绿色低碳转型提出了新要求,而科技创新水平又是影响区域碳排放的重要因素。在此背景下,通过构建研发投入强度与碳生产率之间的计量模型,对我国科技创新水平与碳生产率之间的关系进行实证研究。研究发现,研发投入强度对碳生产率有明显的促进作用。在影响机制方面,研发投入强度能够通过降低平均碳排放因子、减少能源消耗来促进碳生产率的提升。从区域差异视角来看,我国东部和西部、南方和北方地区的研发投入强度都能够显著提高碳生产率,而中部地区的影响并不明显。门槛回归发现西部能源结构对碳生产率的影响效应较大。东部地区产业结构对碳生产率的影响效应最小,中部地区影响效应最大。东部地区对外直接投资对碳生产率的影响效应最大,西部地区影响效应最小。东部地区城市化对碳生产率的影响效应最大,西部地区影响效应最小。 The proposal of the"Double Carbon"target reflects China's responsibility as a major country,and also puts forward new requirements for achieving green and low carbon renovation in China's economic and social development.The level of technological innovation is also an important factor affecting regional carbon emissions.In this context,an empirical study is conducted on the relationship between China's level of scientific and technological innovation and carbon productivity by constructing an econometric model between R&D investment intensity and carbon productivity.Research has found that R&D investment intensity has a significant promoting effect on carbon productivity.In terms of impact mechanism,R&D investment intensity can promote the improvement of carbon productivity by reducing the average carbon emission factor and energy consumption.From the perspective of regional differences,the R&D investment intensity in the eastern and western,southern and northern regions of China can significantly improve carbon productivity,while the impact in the central region is not significant.Threshold regression reveals that the energy structure in the western region has a significant impact on carbon productivity.Among all regions,the eastern region experiences the smallest impact from industrial structure on carbon productivity,while the central region faces the largest.Outward foreign direct investment has the most substantial impact on carbon productivity in the eastern region and the least in the western region.Similarly,urbanization in the eastern region exerts the greatest influence on carbon productivity,with the least impact observed in the western region.
