摘要
创新人才、科技人才培养的重要性日益突出,工程训练中心逐渐成为培养学生实践动手能力的重要平台。如何充分利用第二课堂吸引学生参与创新实践,如何贯穿学生培养全过程,是创新实践培养模式探索的重要课题。太原工业学院工程训练中心经过多年的实践,逐步形成了“培训—竞赛—项目创新”一体化创新实践培养模式,构建了机电基础培训、竞赛训练、项目实践三大培养模块。工程训练中心每年吸引近25%的新生进行培训,培养了学生的自主学习能力、技术能力、团队精神和集体荣誉感。多届学生的参与情况与竞赛成绩充分证明了该模式的有效性,其具有一定的借鉴和推广价值。
With the increasing importance of cultivating innovative and scientific talents,engineering training center has gradually become an important platform to improve students'practical ability.How to make full use of the second class time,how to attract students to participate the training of innovative practice,and how to run through the whole process of student learning are still important issues in the exploration of innovative training mode.After many years of practice,engineering training center in Taiyuan Institute of Technology gradually formed a"training,competition,innovation"the integration of innovation training mode.The model constructs three training modules including basic mechanical and electrical training,discipline competition training and project practice,attracting nearly 25%of freshmen to train each year,making full use of students'spare time,cultivating students'independent learning ability,technical ability,team spirit and collective sense of honor.The participation of many students and the results of competitions fully demonstrate the effectiveness of this model,which has certain reference and promotion significance.
