The practical teaching process plays an important role in the course system of mechanical engineering.But the practical courses do not receive enough attention in many universities,which results in the poor teaching effectiveness.This article integrates the students'interests,science popularization activities,ideological and political scenes,and traditional culture into the practical teaching process.This approach transforms the practical teaching process into the realization and experience process of students'interests,the display activities of science popularization of professional knowledge,the implementation process of ideological and political scenes,the inheritance carrier of traditional culture.The teaching exploration and practice can improve the practical teaching effect of mechanical engineering.
