基于学习者视域的高校教学优化策略研究--以贵州财经大学雨课堂教学为例

Research on Optimization Strategies of Higher Education Teaching Based on Learner's Perspective:Taking Guizhou University of Finance and Economics as an Example

摘要 通过对雨课堂各项功能的作用及效果进行问卷调查,从学习者视角探析以师生多元实时互动、教学全周期数据分析等优势为教学赋予新体验的雨课堂智慧教学工具在高校本科教学中的应用,提出“尊重不同课程特点和学习者选择,采取个性化教学”“理顺学习者心路历程,有选择地使用教学工具”“狠抓教学核心本质,提升课程资源的有效性”“遵循学习特点,引导学习者强化知识的整合”等调整策略,为其他高校应用雨课堂提供重要参考。 By conducting a questionnaire survey and analysis on the role and effectiveness of various functions of the rain classroom from the perspective of learners,this study explores the application of rain classroom intelligent teaching tools which provides new experiences for teaching through the advantages of diverse real-time interaction between teachers and students,and full cycle data analysis from the perspective of learners.It proposes to"respect the characteristics of different courses and learners'choices,and adopt personalized teaching"Adjusting strategies such as"streamlining learners'mental journey,selectively using teaching tools","focusing on teaching core,improving resource effectiveness","following learning characteristics,guiding learners to strengthen knowledge integration and optimization"are of great significance.
