世界百年未有之大变局加速演进下,上海合作组织在我国加快构建新发展格局中的地位和作用更为凸显。地方合作是上海合作组织区域合作的新亮点,面向上海合作组织开展地方合作已成为国内各省(自治区、直辖市)推进高水平开放的重要战略机遇。广西具有面向上海合作组织开展地方合作的扎实基础,积极推动设立“上合组织—东盟经贸中心”,开展国际医学合作和特色优势产业合作,创新交流合作机制,加快构建面向上海合作组织的边海空国际大通道,是广西面向上海合作组织开展地方合作的主要途径与策略。

Today,the world is living through accelerating changes unseen in a century,and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s status and role in constructing the new development paradigm have become more prominent.Local cooperation is a new highlight of regional coopera⁃tion of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.Carrying out local cooperation with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has become an important strategic opportunity for domestic provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)to promote high-level opening up.Guangxi has a solid foundation for local cooperation with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.The main ap⁃proaches and strategies for Guangxi to carry out local cooperation with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization are to actively promote the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization-ASEAN Center,carry out international medical cooperation and cooperation in industries with unique advantages,innovate exchange and cooperation mechanisms,and accelerate the construc⁃tion of international border,sea and air channels.
