In the 60 years since the establishment of Shanghai Merchant Ship Design and Research Institute(SDARI),SDARI,rooted in China State Shipbuilding Corporation(CSSC)and serving the shipbuilding industry,has made brilliant achievements by continuously strengthening basic technology research and improving the science and technology innovation system.A new round of scientific and technological revolutions and industrial change is accelerating,and scientific and technological innovation is the core element for developing new quality productive forces and is the original driving force for promoting high-quality development.We are accelerating the creation of a new type of scientific and technological innovation platform,such as"resource convergence,international cooperation,industry incubation,collaborative innovation",building SDARI into the"world-leading intelligent ship naval architecture institute",and lead the high-quality development of ship science and technology.
