摘要
容量计量技术的历史悠久,关乎国民经济和重点工程建设。船舶容量计量技术伴随着船型的研发设计不断发展,已经形成了涵盖液货船、化学品船及气体船等船型的技术体系。通过回顾容量计量技术和船舶容量计量技术的发展历程,对现有技术的应用和不足进行分析,并结合机器视觉、人工智能及新能源等技术,探讨从单参数向综合参数、从结果管控向过程管控的发展方向,对未来需要关注的技术和产业融合提出建议。
Capacity metrological technology has a long history and is related to the national economy and key construction projects.With the continuous development of ship type research and design,ship capacity metrological technology has formed a technical system covering liquid cargo ships,chemical ships,gas ships,and other ship types.Based on the review of capacity metrological technology and the development history of ship capacity metrological technology,the application and shortcomings of existing technology were analyzed,and combined with machine vision,artificial intelligence,new energy,and other technologies,the development direction from single parameter to comprehensive parameter,from result control to process control is discussed,and suggestions were put forward for the integration of technologies and industries that need attention in the future.
