天然染料茶黄素对棉布的染色工艺研究

Study on dyeing process of cotton with natural dye theaflavins

茶黄素作为红茶的一种色素,可以起到预防心血管疾病和调节血脂的作用。除此之外,茶黄素作为一种天然染料,在纺织印染领域也发挥着重要作用。文章通过对天然染料茶黄素染液pH、温度、染色时间、不同质量分数与染色性能之间关系的研究,得到了茶黄素染料对棉布的最优染色工艺条件。实验结果表明,茶黄素染料具备较好的发展前景。

Theaflavin,as a pigment of black tea,can prevent cardiovascular diseases and regulate blood lipids.In addition,theaflavins,as a natural dye,also play an important role in the field of textile printing and dyeing.By studying the relationship between dyeing solution pH,temperature,dyeing time,different mass concentration and dyeing properties of natural dye theaflavin,this paper obtains the optimal dyeing process conditions of cotton with natural dye theaflavins.The experimental results show that theaflavin dyes have a very good development prospect.
