新型农村集体经济的发展是推动城乡融合发展的关键力量,近年来,中央政策文件明确提出巩固提升农村集体产权制度改革成果,建设全国统一大市场,探索集体经济多样化的发展路径,农村集体经济得到了较大发展。然而,农村要素市场化程度不高、集体经济组织造血能力不强等仍是农村集体经济发展的短板。进一步做好新型农村集体经济创新发展和政策优化,才能整体统筹城乡要素融合,逐步实现共同富裕。

The development of the new rural collective economy is a key force in promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas.In recent years,central policy documents have explicitly proposed to consolidate and enhance the achievements of the reform of the rural collective property rights system,to build a unified national market,and to explore diversified development paths for the collective economy,which has led to significant development of the rural collective economy.However,the low degree of marketization of rural factors and the weak self-sufficiency of collective economic organizations remain the shortcomings in the development of the rural collective economy.To further optimize the innovative development and policy of the new rural collective economy,it is necessary to coordinate the integration of urban and rural elements comprehensively and gradually achieve common prosperity.
