摘要
未成年人社区矫正作为现阶段基层社会治理的热点议题,司法工作者逐渐认识到社区矫正中的社会治理元素以及二者融合对未成年犯再社会化的重要意义。然而,在实际的未成年人社区矫正实践中,出现矫正参与主体角色定位不清、双重价值认识不充分等问题。要化解现有难题,需厘清未成年人社区矫正工作流程与框架,从角色定位、个性化矫治等方面,寻求辨证施治的诊治之策。
Community correction of minors is currently a hot topic in grassroots social governance.Judicial workers have gradually realized the importance of social governance elements in community correction and the integration of the two for the resocialization of juvenile offenders.However,in the practice of community correction of minors,there are problems such as unclear role positioning of correction participants and insufficient understanding of dual values.To solve existing problems,it is necessary to clarify the workflow and framework of community correction of minors,and seek diagnostic and treatment strategies based on role positioning and personalized correction.
