黄骅港航道骤淤分析及备淤水深研究

摘要 针对黄骅港航道一直存在大风骤淤影响通航的问题,分析了黄骅港航道的淤积特征,通过数学模型计算了航道在不同重现期下的骤淤情况,研究了适用于黄骅港航道的备淤水深。研究结果表明:黄骅港航道的淤积主要受大风影响,大风骤淤对航道通航影响最为严重;大风重现期与骤淤量呈对数关系,前期随着重现期增大骤淤量增幅较大,后期增幅逐渐变缓;结合各方面因素,可将“在发生一次15 a一遇骤淤或5 a一遇骤淤连续发生2次(或者2 a一次骤淤连续发生3次等骤淤量相当情况)时保证航道不碍航通行”作为新环境下黄骅港航道备淤水深的确定标准,并在此基础上分区段给出了备淤深度建议取值。 In view of the fact that the Huanghua port channel had been suffering from the problems of sudden siltation affecting navigation,the siltation characteristics of Huanghua port channel was analyzed,the siltation in the channel under different return periods was calculated by mathematical modelling,and allowance for siltation applicable to the new environment of Huanghua port was determined.The results show that the siltation of the Huanghua port channel is mainly affected by high winds,and sudden siltation has the most serious impact on the navigation;it is a logarithmic relationship between the return period of extreme wind and the sudden siltation volume,with a larger increase in siltation as the return period increases for small return periods,and a gradual slowing of the increase for larger return periods;comprehensively considering the factors in many aspects,it can be used as the criteria for allowance for siltation of Huanghua port channel:to ensure that the channel does not hinder navigation,when there is a sudden siltation with return period of 15 years,or a sudden siltation with return period of 5 years for 2 times(or a sudden siltation with return period of 2 years for 3 times),on this basis,the recommended values of allowance for siltation in different sections is given.
