摘要
目前有关装配式建筑供应链风险的研究多数把风险因素视为孤立的点,缺少从风险因素间相互作用角度出发的风险研究。从利益相关者和全生命周期视角出发,采用供应链运作参考模型(supply chain operations reference,SCOR)识别风险因素;构建基于社会网络分析法(social network analysis,SNA)的风险评估模型,对装配式建筑供应链面临的风险因素及其相互作用进行研究;通过对各项SNA指标进行测算确定关键风险及关键关系,最后提出风险管控措施并进行风险应对效果检测。本研究为评估和降低装配式建筑供应链风险提供了有效的方法,提高了各参与方控制风险的有效性和准确性。
Current research on the supply chain risks of prefabricated construction mainly treats risk factors as isolated points,lacking a comprehensive analysis of the interplay between these factors.Taking a stakeholder perspective and a full lifecycle approach,employing the SCOR(supply chain operations reference)model to identify risk factors,a risk assessment model based on social network analysis was constructed to investigate the risk factors and their interactions in the supply chain of prefabricated construction.By calculating various SNA(social network analysis)indicators,key risks and critical relationships were determined.Finally,risk control measures were proposed and the effectiveness of risk response was evaluated.This result provides an effective method for evaluating and mitigating supply chain risks in prefabricated construction,enhancing the effectiveness and accuracy of risk control for all stakeholders involved.
