风电叶片用聚氨酯树脂匹配性能研究

摘要 为了探究聚氨酯树脂在风电叶片上工程化应用的可能性,本文对比研究了聚氨酯树脂与环氧树脂、油漆、夹芯泡沫材料、环氧结构胶之间的匹配性。结果表明:聚氨酯与环氧树脂之间具有优良的界面性能;风电常用油漆与聚氨酯复材间的界面性能较好;balsa木、PET、PVC三种夹芯泡沫材料与聚氨酯复合材料之间的界面性能优良;聚氨酯复材与环氧结构胶之间匹配性较好。 To explore the potential engineering application of polyurethane resin on wind turbine blades,this study comparatively investigated the compatibility between polyurethane resin and epoxy resin,paint,sandwich foam materials,and epoxy structural adhesive.The results indicate excellent interfacial properties between polyurethane and epoxy resin.The interface performance between commonly used paint in wind turbines and polyurethane composite materials is satisfactory.Additionally,good interfacial properties were observed between balsa wood,PET,PVC sandwich foam materials,and polyurethane composite materials.Furthermore,there is good compatibility between polyurethane composite materials and epoxy structural adhesive.
