DOPO-MAN改性大豆油基水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的制备

摘要 本文以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、马来酸酐(MA)和二乙醇胺(DEA)为原料制备出DOPO-MAN,以其为改性剂制备出可UV-LED固化的DOPO-MAN改性大豆油基水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液。将乳液与光引发剂(TPO)混合均匀后经UV-LED光固化,制成固化膜。实验结果表明,当DOPO-MAN的含量为20%时,固化膜的极限氧指数为24.3,UL-94测试也达到了V-1级别。 In this paper,DOPO-MAN was prepared from 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO),maleic anhydride(MA),and diethanolamine(DEA),and UV-LED-curable DOPO-MANmodified soybean oil-based aqueous urethane acrylate emulsions were prepared by using them as modifiers.The emulsion was mixed with a photoinitiator(TPO)and then cured by UV-LED light curing to make a cured film.The experimental results showed that when the content of DOPO-MAN was 20%,the limiting oxygen index of the cured film was 24.3,and the UL-94 test also reached the V-1 level.
