摘要
把太阳能转化为电能的装置叫做太阳能光伏发电装置,逆变器是光伏发电装置的核心部分。该文通过分析典型三相并网逆变器的共模电压问题,提出一种可控开关非隔离型并网逆变器,其采用SVPWM策略控制技术,通过控制零矢量减小共模电压的幅值。在此基础上,应用MATLAB/Simulink对可控开关导通和切断2种状态对比仿真,验证其抑制共模电压的能力。
A device that converts solar energy into electricity is called a photovoltaics device.The inverter is the core of a photovoltaic device.In this paper,the common-mode voltage of typical three-phase solar inverter is analyzed,and a controllable switching non-isolated solar inverter is proposed,the amplitude of common-mode voltage is reduced by controlling zero vector.On the basis of this,MATLAB/Simu link is used to compare and simulate the on-off states of the controllable switch,and the ability of suppressing common-mode voltage is verified.
