城市内涝问题在城市更新过程中的改善研究

由于极端天气引发的暴雨现象,导致城市内涝已经严重制约城市发展。随着城市化率的升高,城市更新已经成为我国未来一段时间城市建设的重要内容,而如何在城市更新的过程中科学地解决城市内涝是一个需要系统性研究的问题。该文对城市更新中城市内涝成因、改善途径及政策研究进行归纳梳理,提出现存的困境,并根据国内外的实践案例,分析总结出顶层设计、具体落实及精细管理方面的建议。

Due to the rainstorm caused by extreme weather,urban waterlogging has seriously restricted the development of the city.With the increase of urbanization rate,urban renewal has become an important part of urban construction in China in the future,and how to solve urban waterlogging scientifically in the process of urban renewal is a problem that needs to be solved systematically.This paper summarizes the causes,improvement ways and policy research of urban waterlogging in urban renewal,puts forward the existing difficulties,and analyzes and summarizes the suggestions of top-level design,concrete implementation and fine management according to the practical cases at home and abroad.
