摘要
雷尼镍催化剂是加氢、脱氢、脱卤等有机化工生产中常用的多功能催化剂,使用一定时间后会失去活性,失去活性的废雷尼镍催化剂在空气中容易发生自燃,不易存放和运输。针对此种情况,对废雷尼镍催化剂进行无害化处理研究,为工业化生产提供可靠的依据。
Raney nickel catalyst is a multifunctional catalyst commonly used in organic chemical production such as hydrogenation,dehydrogenation and dehalogenation.It will lose activity after a certain period of time.The waste Raney nickel catalyst that loses activity is prone to spontaneous combustion in the air and is not easy to store and transport.In view of this situation,the harmless treatment of waste Raney nickel catalyst is studied to provide a reliable basis for industrial production.
