“双碳”背景下高校垃圾分类教育体系建设与优化

摘要 垃圾分类进入高等教育课堂,提升大学生感性认识和理性专业技能,对于培养生态环境技术与管理人才、提高全民环保意识和生态文明素质、实现“双碳”目标有重要意义。该文基于“双碳”目标下高校开展垃圾分类教育工作的迫切背景,通过对现有高校实施垃圾分类教育的实践和问题总结,提出高校应当在传统校政企合作基础上进行延伸和拓展,重视实习和实践,重视习惯养成,建立“立体-双向-多过程”的垃圾分类教育体系,为现阶段高校推动垃圾分类教育体系的优化,实现低碳生态校园提供切实可行的政策建议。 The introduction of garbage classification into higher education classes and the enhancement of college students'perceptual knowledge and rational professional skills are of great significance to the cultivation of environmental technology and management talents,the improvement of the national awareness of environmental protection,and the realization of the goal of"double carbon".Based on the urgent background of garbage classification education in colleges and universities under the goal of"dual carbon",this paper summarizes the practice and problems of garbage classification education in existing colleges and universities,and proposes that colleges and universities should extend and expand on the basis of government-enterprise cooperation in traditional schools and establish a"three-dimensional-two-way-multi-process"garbage classification education system.It provides practical policy suggestions for universities to promote the optimization of garbage classification education system and realize ecological campus.
