摘要
生态环境与社会经济耦合协调发展对区域的可持续发展意义重大。通过耦合协调模型、剪刀差模型和动态耦合模型对海南岛2008—2021年生态环境与社会经济系统的耦合协调性进行研究。结果显示:2008—2021年,海南岛生态环境系统指数呈波动上升变化,社会经济系统指数表现为明显上升趋势。两系统耦合协调度由2008年的轻度失调发展到2021年的初级协调水平。2008—2014年两系统的演化速率差距在增加,2015—2021年两系统演化速率的差距变化不大。2008—2011年两系统耦合演化趋势处于初级协调发展阶段,2012—2019年处于低级协调共生阶段,2020—2021年又恢复到初级协调发展阶段。该研究能更直观地反映生态环境与社会经济两系统的耦合演化趋势。
The coupling and coordinated development between the eco-environment and social-economic is of great significance for regional sustainable development.Taking Hainan Island as the research area,the evaluation index system of eco-environment and social-economic system was constructed,and the mean square deviation decision method was used to determine the index weight,the coupling coordination model,scissors difference model,and dynamic coupling model were used to analyze the coupling coordination development between eco-environment and social-economic system from 2008 to 2021.The results show that from 2008 to 2021,the eco-environment system index of Hainan Island fluctuated and increased,and the social-economic system index showed an obvious upward trend.From^(2)008 to 2021,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree between the eco-environment and social-economic system show a steady growth trend.The coupling coordination degree of the two systems was at a slightly dysfunctional level in 2008 and 2009,it was at the brink of an imbalance level in 2010 and 2011,it was at a barely coordinated level from 2012 to 2020,and it reached the primary coordination level in 2021.The scissors difference between eco-environment and social-economic system increased from 0.7717 to 4.7262 degrees from 2008 to 2014,indicating that the gap between the evolution rates of the two systems is increasing,and the gap of between the evolution rates of the two systems showed a fluctuating downward trend,but the change was not large,indicating that the gap of between the evolution rate of the two systems was decreasing from 2015 to 2021.The coupling evolution trend of the ecological environment and socio-economic system showed that the system was in the primary coordinated development stage from 2008 to 2011,and was in the lower coordinated symbiosis stage from 2011 to 2019.It returned to the primary stage of coordinated development in 20202021.
