车用小功率电子水泵性能测试平台设计

摘要 车用电子水泵性能测试方法目前存在自动化程度低、精度不足、功能单一等问题,为此,以工控机为载体,开发了一种车用电子水泵性能测试平台。以LabVIEW为基础开发上位机软件,下位机采用PLC控制阀门和水泵等电气元件,基于RS485进行数据采集并传输给上位机,通过上位机与下位机协同控制的方式,实现数据交互处理、生成水泵性能测试报表等功能。在该平台对EWP8040-H型水泵进行性能测试,结果表明:当电子水泵的阀门开度处于最优工作区间(25%左右)时,水泵的额定流量为13 L/min,实测流量为12.92 L/min;额定扬程为4.38 m,实测扬程为4.07 m。测试结果在合理误差范围内,表明平台可保证测试结果的准确性。 The automotive electronic water pump is one of the essential components to ensure the smooth operation of a vehicle’s cooling system.However,the current methods for testing the performance of automotive electronic water pumps are faced with such issues as low automation,insufficient accuracy,and limited functionality.To address these issues,this paper develops a performance testing platform for automotive electronic water pumps by employing an industrial computer as the carrier.The upper-level software is developed based on LabVIEW,while the lower-level control utilizes a PLC to manage valves and electrical components,including the water pump.Data are acquired and transmitted via RS485 to the upper-level software.Through collaborative control of the upper-level and lower-level systems,data interactive processing is achieved and the performance test reports are delivered.Performance tests are conducted on the EWP8040-H type water pump using the platform.Our results indicate:when the valve opening of the electronic water pump is within the optimal operating range(about 25%),the rated flow rate is 13 L/min while the measured flow rate is 12.92 L/min;the rated head is 4.38 m while the measured head is 4.07 m.Our test results fall within a reasonable error range,demonstrating the platform’s capability of ensuring the accuracy of the test results.
