摘要
配电网核心节点的配电站房位于供用电用户边界,近年来,随着光伏、储能、电动车等分布式资源的快速发展,配电站房数量增速提升,新的安全风险点不断出现,导致配电站房运维人员、设备、环境等安全问题多发,安全生产形势严峻,运维管理面临着极大的压力。针对上述问题,设计了基于人工智能的即插即用型软硬件平台,研制了配电站房物联边缘终端,实现配电站房状态全面感知,模型统一管理,数据高效共享,应用灵活部署。通过设备故障预警、视频图像分析和规则引擎等边缘计算功能,实现配电站房全景监控,提升精益化运维和智能化管控水平。
As the core node of the distribution network,the distribution station building is located at the boundary of power supply and consumption users.In recent years,with the rapid development of distributed resources such as photovoltaics,energy storage,and electric vehicles,the number of distribution station buildings has increased,and new safety risk points are constantly emerging,leading to frequent safety issues such as personnel equipment environment in the operation and maintenance of distribution station buildings.The safety production situation is severe,and operation and maintenance management is facing great pressure.This article designs a plug and play software and hardware platform based on artificial intelligence to address the above issues,and develops an IoT edge terminal for distribution station buildings.It achieves comprehensive perception of distribution station building status,unified model management,efficient data sharing,and flexible application deployment.Through edge computing functions such as equipment fault warning,video image analysis and rule engine,the panoramic monitoring of the distribution station building is realized,and the level of lean operation and intelligent control is improved.The developed IoT edge terminals for distribution station buildings have been successfully connected to the grid in multiple demonstration projects,effectively ensuring the safety and reliability of the power grid.
