低压电器绝缘自动检测装置开发

摘要 介绍了一种基于直流高压泄漏电流检测法的高精度、实时性和抗干扰能力强的电器绝缘自动检测装置的设计原理和实现方法。该装置通过检测低压电动机的绝缘电阻、温度、泄漏电流、极化指数和吸收比等参数,并结合人工智能算法实现对电动机绝缘的故障预测及性能评估。同时,该装置还可以用于检测低压室内照明和动力电源配线的绝缘。在设计方面,主程序由泄漏电流检测、检测参数设置、检测结果查询和串行通信等模块组成,确保了系统的稳定性和可靠性。经过现场使用验证,该检测装置表现良好,为电动机绝缘性能的可靠评估以及低压照明设备的绝缘检测提供了有效手段。 This paper introduces the design principle and implementation method of a high precision,real time and strong anti-interference automatic electrical insulation detection device based on DC high voltage leakage current detection method.The device detects the insulation resistance,temperature,leakage current,polarization index and absorption ratio of low-voltage motor,and combines artificial intelligence algorithm to achieve fault prediction and performance evaluation of motor insulation.At the same time,the device can also be used to detect the insulation of low-voltage indoor lighting and power supply wiring.In terms of design,the main program is composed of leakage current detection,detection parameter setting,detection result query and serial communication,which ensures the stability and reliability of the system.It has been verified in the field that the testing device shows good results and provides an effective means for reliable evaluation of motor insulation performance and insulation testing of low-voltage lighting equipment.
