摘要
为了提升二次检修人员的专业技能,解决现有的培训工具缺乏全站设备通信仿真的难题,设计并开发了基于虚拟仿真技术的二次检修技能培训系统。通过建立间隔层智能电子设备可复制模型,并基于虚实交互的方式构建了变电站二次设备虚拟系统。这一系统实现了对二次设备的高相似性数字化仿真,能够真实模拟实际数据,为智能变电站保护设备调试、更换式检修、虚回路校验等提供了灵活的关联设备模拟、功能验证、异常分析等技术手段。最后,针对不同变电站配置进行仿真培训及演练测试,验证了本系统的可靠性,为二次检修领域的培训提供了创新性和高效性的解决方案,促进了专业技能的全面提升。
In order to enhance the professional skills of secondary maintenance personnel and address the existing challenge of a lack of comprehensive station equipment communication simulation in training tools,a training system based on virtual simulation technology for secondary maintenance skills simulation training system has been designed and developed.By establishing replicable models of the intermediate layer intelligent electronic devices and constructing a virtual system for the secondary equipment of a substation based on interactive virtual and real-world scenarios,this system achieves highly realistic digital simulation of secondary equipment.It authentically replicates actual data,providing flexible means for simulating associated equipment,conducting functional verification,and analyzing abnormalities for tasks such as debugging,replacement maintenance,and virtual loop testing of protection devices in smart substations.Finally,through simulation training and practical testing tailored to different substation configurations,the reliability of this system has been validated.This innovative and efficient solution contributes to the comprehensive improvement of professional skills in the field of secondary maintenance.
