驴疥癣病原分析、诊断及防治方法的研究

Research on the Analysis,Diagnosis and Prevention and Control Methods of the Donkey Scab Pathogen

【目的】本研究旨在深入探讨驴疥癣的病理机制、诊断技术和防治策略,以提高该病的诊断准确性和治疗效果,为科学防治驴疥癣提供有效的指导意见。【方法】通过观察患疥癣驴的临床表现,结合皮肤活检和组织病理检查,运用ELISA检测和PCR技术对驴疥癣病原进行深入分析,评估不同药物及局部使用杀螨剂的疗效。【结果】驴疥癣由多种螨类引起,表现出病原的临床多样性。综合运用多种诊断手段可以明显提高检测精确度。阿维菌素类药物、硫磺剂和二硫化硒类药物对多种螨均显示出良好疗效。药物治疗应与环境卫生管理、免疫力提高等综合防治措施相结合,可有效遏制癣的蔓延。【结论】驴疥癣的防治策略需要综合运用一整套的诊断技术、精细化的治疗方案和全面的虫害管理措施。通过深入研究疥癣的致病机理并对治疗方法进行全面评估,能显著提升防治驴疥癣病的效果,为兽医实践提供可供参考的科学依据。

【Objective】In order to give an in-depth discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnostic approaches,and prevention and treatment strategies for mange in donkeys,improve the diagnostic accuracy and treatment effect,so as to provide effective guidance for scientific prevention and treatment of mange in donkeys.【Methods】Through observation of clinical signs in affected donkeys,skin biopsy and histopathological evaluation,ELISA and PCR method were used to determine the pathogens responsible for mange,and the effectiveness of various drugs and topical acaricides was assessed.【Results】Mange in donkeys is caused by a variety of mite species,showing diverse clinical presentations.The integrated application of multiple diagnostic techniques significantly elevated the accuracy of pathogen detection.Drugs such as avermectins,sulfur-based agents,and selenium sulfide demonstrated substantial efficacy for various species of mites.It was recommended that pharmacological treatment should be complemented with measures of improving environmental hygiene and boosting host immunity and other comprehensive control measures,thereby the spread of mange could be effectively prevented.【Conclusion】The prevention and control strategy of donkey scab requires the comprehensive application of a set of diagnostic techniques,refined treatment plans and comprehensive pest management measures.By in-depth studying the pathogenic mechanism of scab and conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the treatment methods,the effect of preventing and controlling donkey scab can be significantly improved,and provide a solid scientific basis for veterinary practice.
