摘要
目的:探讨世居不同海拔13∼18岁学生改良Conconi测试中心率偏离点(Heart Rate Deflection Point,HRDP)、通气阈(Ventilatory Threshold,VT)与乳酸阈(Lactate Threshold,LT)相关指标间的一致性,为世居高原、亚高原中学生有氧耐力训练提供简便、无创、普及性的评估手段。方法:以113名世居3200 m高原(High altitude group,Hi组)、120名世居1230 m亚高原(Sub-high altitude group,SubHi组)及120名世居200 m平原(Control group,Con组)13~18岁学生为受试者,采用改良版Conconi测试(8级,3min/级,6 m·s^(-1)为起始,组间间歇1 min),收集受试者各负荷运动即刻心率、血乳酸、肺通气数据,采用Bland-Altman法分析评价一致性。结果:各组受试者在Conconi测试中均出现LT、VT、HRDP现象,SubHi组男、女生均呈现LT延迟现象;女生VT1(第一通气阈)及VT2(第二通气阈)出现时间均早于男生;男生HRDP_(speed)高于女生,SubHi组HRDP_(speed)高于Con组及Hi组,低龄组受试者HRDP_(speed)低于高龄组。Pearson分析显示,各海拔组、不同性别受试者LT、VT、HRDP间均存在显著关联(r≥0.50,P<0.05)。Bland-Altman检验显示,各组、不同性别受试者加权κ值均>0.60,观察样本落在一致性范围外的散点小于观察样本总量的1%,均值偏差趋于零,LT、VT、HRDP相关指标间具有较好的一致性。结论:不同海拔13∼18岁学生改良Conconi测试中LT、VT、HRDP具有较高相关性与一致性,因此Conconi测试HRDP可以作为世居高原、亚高原13∼18岁学生无氧阈评估指标。
Objective:This study aims to investigate the consistency of indicators related to the Heart Rate Deviation Point(HRDP),Ventilatory Threshold(VT),and Lactate Threshold(LT)in the modified Conconi test among adolescents aged 13∼18 at varying altitudes.It seeks to propose a straightforward,non-invasive,and universally applicable method for assessing aerobic endurance training suitability among students residing at high and sub-high altitudes.Method:A total of 113 students from high altitude(Hi group),120 from sub-high altitude(Sub Hi group),and 120 from a control group(Con group),all aged 13∼18,were selected as participants.Modified Conconi tests were conducted using a grade 8 protocol with 3 minutes per grade and an initial speed of 6 m·s^(-1),with 1 minute intervals between stages.Heart rate,blood lactate levels,and lung ventilation data were collected immediately after each exercise load.The Bland-Altman method was employed for analysis to assess consistency.Results:All participant groups exhibited LT,VT,and HRDP phenomena during the Conconi test.Among females in the Sub Hi group,there was a delayed LT phenomenon.Female students demonstrated earlier VT1 and VT2 compared to males.Male students exhibited higher HRDP speeds than females,with the Sub Hi group showing higher HRDP speeds than the Con and Hi groups.Younger subjects had lower HRDP speeds than older subjects.Pearson analysis indicated significant correlations between LT,VT,and HRDP across all altitude groups and genders(r≥0.50,P<0.05).Bland-Altman tests revealed weightedκvalues exceeding 0.60 for all groups and genders,with less than 1% of observation samples falling outside the consistency limit range.Mean deviation tended towards zero,indicating strong consistency among LT,VT,and HRDP indicators.Conclusion:The modified Conconi test demonstrates high correlation and consistency in assessing LT,VT,and HRDP among adolescents aged 13~18 at different altitudes.Thus,HRDP in the Conconi test can serve as an effective indicator for evaluating anaerobic threshold in students residing at high and sub-high altitudes.
