Effect of Shoutai pill on aerobic glycolysis inhibition in decidual tissue of recurrent spontaneous abortion mice

Objective To observe the effect of Shoutai Pill on the prevention and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA),and to study its effects of regulating aerobic glycolysis.Methods Forty CBA/J mice were randomly divided into normal group,RSAgroup,dydrogesterone group,and Shoutai Pill group,10 mice in each group.The mice were administered with distilled water,dydrogesterone solubilizer,and Shoutai Pill by gastrogavage for 14 successive days,respectively.After 14 days,female CBA/J rats in normal group and male BALB/c rats in BALB/c group were mated at 2:1,and female rats in other 3 groups were mated with male DBA/2 rats at 2:1.RSA modelwas established,and gastrogavage was continued until the 10th day of embolization according to previous methods.The rate of mouse embryo loss in each group was calculated.The decidua tissuewas observed byJHE staining.
