Overexpression of tuftelin and KLF-5 and its clinicopathological features in hepatitis B virusrelated hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 Objective To analyze and evaluate the expressions and clinical value of tuftelin (TUFT1) and Krüppel-like factor 5 (KLF5) in hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissues.Methods KLF5mRNA and TUFT1 mRNA transcriptional status in cancer and non-cancer groups were compared according to the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA) database.The differences and prognostic value between the groups were analyzed.
