摘要
随着ChatGPT等大型语言模型的快速发展,利用该技术赋能产品研发正成为企业探索与实践的热点。深入分析大型语言模型在企业产品研发中的多种作用,阐述了其在知识获取、情感理解、创意生成等方面的卓越效能及其对研发团队效率显著提升作出的贡献。同时,对大型语言模型存在的一些缺陷(如生成内容可靠性难以判断、专业领域知识较为欠缺等)进行了探讨。在此基础上,提出了企业应采用人机混合的智能组织形式,将大型语言模型与人类研发团队有机融合,充分发挥双方的协同效应。通过深入的分析和讨论,为大型语言模型在产品研发中的应用提供了一定的参考与指导经验。
With the rapid development of large language models(LLMs),using this technology to empower product research and experimental development(R&D)is becoming a hot spot for enterprise exploration and practice.This paper conducts an indepth analysis on the multifaceted roles of LLMs in corporate product R&D,elaborating on their superior performance in knowledge acquisition,emotion comprehension,and idea conception,as well as their potential to enhance the efficiency of R&D teams.Meanwhile,certain limitations of LLMs are discussed,such as challenges in assessing the reliability of generated content and the lack of expertise knowledge.Based on these insights,we propose that enterprises should adopt a hybrid humanmachine intelligence organizational structure,integrating LLMs with human R&D teams to maximize their synergistic effects.Through our in-depth analysis and discussion,this paper provides valuable references and guidance for the application of LLMs in product R&D.
