摘要
随着电网企业“数字化”转型的浪潮不断推进,县公司数字化培训方式成为当下亟需探索的问题。基于临潼公司数字化建设中数字化培训分支任务,探索了县公司数字化培训新方式,提出了明确的培训模式及思路,建设了一套可复制可推广的培训体系,有效提升了公司管理创效及人才培养,为实现全员数字化转型贡献了思路。
With the continuous promotion of the"digital"transformation of power grid enterprises,the digital training methods of county companies are an urgent issue that needs to be explored.This paper is based on the branch task of digital training in the digital construction of Lintong Company,exploring new ways of digital training for county companies,proposing clear training models and ideas,and constructing a replicable and promotable training system,effectively improving the company′s management efficiency and talent cultivation,contributing to the realization of digital transformation for all employees.
