基于大运行背景的电网调控运行安全风险管理探究

摘要 电网调控运行安全风险管理是电力系统稳定运行的核心,面对电网规模扩大和运行复杂度增加的挑战,探讨了外部环境因素,如自然灾害、能源市场波动、政策法规变化以及技术进步对电网安全运行的影响。从内部管理角度出发,分析了设备老化、人为操作错误和信息系统安全等方面的风险。针对这些风险,提出了构建综合安全防护体系、积极引入并应用新技术、建立完善的人才培养体系和高效能量管理系统等对策,以提升电网调控的安全管理水平,确保电网运行的安全与可靠性。 The safety risk management of power grid regulation and operation is the core of stable operation of the power system.Faced with the challenges of expanding the scale and increasing operational complexity of the power grid,this article explores the impact of external environmental factors,such as natural disasters,energy market fluctuations,policy and regulatory changes,and technological progress on the safe operation of the power grid.From an internal management perspective,the risks of equipment aging,human operation errors,and information system security were analyzed.In response to these risks,measures such as building a comprehensive safety protection system,actively introducing and applying new technologies,establishing a sound talent training system and an efficient energy management system have been proposed to enhance the safety management level of power grid regulation and ensure the safety and reliability of power grid operation.
