摘要 随着科技进步和经济发展,大众和社会对电力服务的需求和期望持续升高,电力系统的稳定性、可靠性与效率成为影响国家基础设施正常运行和人民生活质量保障的关键因素。为了应对随着全球能源需求增长和环境保护意识提升而日益严峻的电力供应与供电效率挑战,对电力优质服务视域下电力营销线损的精益化管理措施进行探讨。制约电力服务质量提升的核心问题有很多,如输电效率、设备老化、数据处理不准确以及监控系统不完善等技术和管理层面上的电力线损问题。从电力营销线损的成因入手,讨论关于技术创新、流程优化、数据分析和客户服务改进等精益化管理措施,通过这些措施有效降低线损率,提升电力供应的稳定性和效率,以满足对高质量电力服务的需求。 With the progress of science and technology and the development of economy,the demand and expectation of the public and society for power services continue to rise,and the stability,reliability and efficiency of the power system have become the key factors affecting the normal operation of national infrastructure and the guarantee of people′s life quality.In order to cope with the increasingly severe challenges of power supply and power supply efficiency with the growth of global energy demand and the improvement of environmental protection awareness,the lean management measures of power marketing line loss under the perspective of power quality service are discussed.There are many core problems that restrict the improvement of power service quality,such as transmission efficiency,equipment aging,inaccurate data processing,imperfect monitoring system and other power line loss problems in the management.Starting from the causes of line loss in power marketing,the lean management measures such as technological innovation,process optimization,data analysis and customer service improvement are discussed.Through these measures effectively reduce the line loss rate,improve the stability and efficiency of power supply,so as to meet the demand for high quality power service.
