Using a combination of literature review and case analysis,this paper explores cost control and efficiency improvement strategies in the business management of power enterprises.By optimizing equipment maintenance plans,improving supply chain management efficiency,strengthening cost accounting,budget management,and performance evaluation,the production costs of power enterprises can be reduced.By introducing information technology and strengthening employee training,the production efficiency of power enterprises can be improved.Practice has proven that developing scientifically reasonable cost control and efficiency improvement strategies is crucial for the sustainable development of power enterprises.It is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors such as technological innovation,talent cultivation,and management models,continuously optimize and improve management mechanisms,to ensure the long-term stable development of enterprises.
