数字化教育背景下“3+3+3”场景化教学模型探究——以“资本运营管理”课程的创新与实践为例

摘要 立足“数字化教育”的发展新业态,探索应用型本科高校课程教学改革的新思路。传统课程存在课程内容重理论轻实践,教学模式仅线下无线上、多讲授少互动,教学评价重结果轻过程等痛点问题,无法保证教学成效,不能满足新资本时代资本运营复合型人才的培养要求。本文在综合资本运营类人才培养要求、学科特点等基础上,提出基于布鲁纳认知结构理论的“3+3+3”场景化教学模型,即“三融合”重构内容体系、“三视角”教学模式设计及“三维度”动态多元测评,创设螺旋式问题探索课堂,以助力资本运营人才的培养和管理类课程的教学改革与创新。 Based on the new development of"digital education",we explore the new ideas of teaching reform of applied undergraduate universities.The traditional curriculum has the following problems:the course content pays more attention to theory than practice,the teaching mode is only offline and not online,more lectures and less interaction,and the teaching evaluation pays more attention to the results than the process,which can not guarantee the effectiveness of the teaching and cannot meet the cultivation requirements of the capital operation composite talents in the new capital era.Based on the comprehensive training requirements of capital operation talents and discipline characteristics,this paper proposes the“3+3+3”scenario-based teaching model based on Bruner’s cognitive structure theory,i.e.the“three integration”reconstruction of the content system,the“three perspectives”design of the teaching mode and the“three dimensions”dynamic multi-dimensional assessment,and creates a spiral problem exploration classroom in order to help the cultivation of capital talents and the teaching reform and innovation of management courses.
