新一轮“双一流”建设背景下高校学科竞争力影响因素及提升路径研究

Research on the Influencing Factors and the Path to Enhance the Discipline Competitiveness of Universities under the Background of the New Round of"Double First Class"Construction

2022年2月14日,《关于深入推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设的若干意见》印发,新一轮双一流建设特别强调加大力度优化学科专业和人才培养布局,坚持以学科为基础。结合新一轮“双一流”建设目标,构建我国高校学科竞争力评价指标体系,以科学研究、人才培养、师资力量和教育经费投人为二级指标,下共设15个三级指标,采用值法计算各三级指标权重,最终求得高校学科竞争力综合得分并分析高校学科竞争力现状。基于现状,分析影响高校学科竞争力的内部与外部因素,得到具有影响力的内部因素为学科资源和学科成果,外部因素为政策导向和经济发展。最后,基于研究分析结果、影响因素和结论研究得到高校学科竞争力的提升路径。

Several Opinions on Deeply Promoting the Construction of Double First Class University Plan was issued On February 14.2022.The new round of double first class construction especially emphasized on strengthening efforts to optimize the layout of disciplines and talents cultivation,and insisted on taking disciplines as the basis.Based on the new round of"Double First Class"construction goals,a system of evaluation indicators for the discipline competitiveness of universities is constructed,with scientific research,talent cultivation,faculty strength,and education funding investment as secondary indicators.A total of 15 three-level indicators are set up,and the weight of each three-level indicator is calculated using entropy method.Finally,the comprehensive score of discipline competitiveness of universities is obtained and the current situation of discipline competitiveness of universities is analyzed.Based on the current situation,analyze the intermal and external factors that affect the disciplinary competitiveness of universities,and obtain that the influential internal factors are disciplinary resources and achievements,while the external factors are policy orientation and economic development.Finally,based on the research analysis results,influencing factors,and conclusions,the path to enhance the disciplinary competitiveness of universities is identified.
