摘要
本研究在对高校基层团组织绩效概念的分析基础上,通过文献调研和专家座谈,从财务维度、顾客维度、内部流程维度、学习成长维度等四个方面,建立了高校基层团组织绩效评价指标体系模型,选取了39个评价指标组成了高校基层团组织量化评价指标体系,并以浙江大学为例对高校基层团组织绩效进行了实测与分析,一方面对所构建的绩效评价指标体系进行信度和效度检验,另一方面也在一定程度上描述了当前高校基层团组织建设的基本现状,为高校基层团组织绩效提升策略的提出提供了参考和依据。
Based on the concept analysis of the performance of grassroots organizations of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,this study established a performance evaluation index architecture model for those organizations from four aspects:financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension,and learning and growth dimension,through literature research and expert interviews.The article selected 39 evaluation indicators to form a quantitative evaluation index architecture for organizations and measured and analyzed the performance taking Zhejiang University as an example.By testing the reliability and validity of the architecture and describing the basic status of the current construction,the article provided reference and basis for the proposal of performance improvement strategies for grassroots organizations in colleges and universities.
