摘要
本研究利用2005-2022年中国省际面板数据,将超效率SBM模型与GML指数结合,测算30个省市的绿色全要素生产率。从三个关键层面——宏观影响、微观作用机制以及空间特征构建计量模型,对产业结构升级促进我国绿色发展水平的内部作用和空间特征进行实证研究。结果显示:产业结构升级对绿色生产率确有显著推动作用;从对绿色全要素生产率分解项的影响看,产业结构升级通过推动其内部技术进步与效率改进从而促进绿色生产率提升,其中技术进步占据主导作用;产业结构升级对绿色全要素生产率的影响表现出外溢特征,即本地产业结构升级不仅能够直接提升本地绿色全要素生产率,还能够通过空间溢出效应对邻近地区产生积极影响;产业结构升级的积极影响由东部至西部逐渐减弱,且东部和中部地区的产业结构升级对绿色全要素生产率的影响存在空间正外部性。
Based on the panel data of thirty provinces in China from 2005 to 2022,this paper uses super-SBM efficiency model and the GML index to measure the green total factor productivity of each province.Construct econometric models from three key levels:macro impact,micro action mechanism and spatial characteristics to empirically study the mechanism and spatial characteristics of industrial structure upgrading promoting China's green development level.The empirical results indicate that industrial structure upgrading have a significant driving effect on green productivity.From the perspective of the impact on the decomposition term of green total factor productivity,the upgrading of industrial structure can improve it by promoting its internal technological progress and efficiency improvement,in which technological progress plays a leading role.The impact of the modernization of industry structure on green total factor productivity has the characteristics of spillover.In other words,modernizing the industrial structure of a region not only leads to a direct increase in the region's total green factor productivity,but also has a positive impact on neighboring regions through spatial spillover effects.The positive effect of improved industrial structure gradually decreases from eastern to western regions,and there is a significant positive spatial externality of improved industrial structure on overall green factor productivity in eastern and central regions.
