摘要
牛巴贝斯虫病是一种血液原虫病,主要由寄生于牛红细胞的巴贝斯虫(Babesia bisporum、Babesia bovis)引起。该病的特征性临床症状是高热和血红蛋白尿。该病特征性临床症状为高热和拉血红蛋白尿。该病可感染各个年龄段、各个品种的牛,其中以幼龄牛的感染性最高,但死亡率较成年牛和老年牛低。牛在感染巴贝斯虫病,多表现出高热稽留、沉郁喜卧、食欲废绝、反刍停止、消瘦、贫血、黄疸、流产及拉血红蛋白尿等一系列症状,常表现出急性病灶,多以死亡为转归。该病流行于世界的多个国家和地区,但以山林地带发生的几率最高。此外,牛巴贝斯虫病的流行具有季节性和区域性,为一种互源性寄生虫病,在某些地方严重威胁人和动物的健康,阻碍全球牛养殖业的发展。该文对病牛表现出的临床症状、病原形态、PCR鉴定结果与防治措施进行系列阐述,以期为后期牛焦虫病的诊断与防治提供参考。
Bovine Babesiosis is a blood protozoosis caused mainly by Babesia bisporum,Babesia bovis,which parasitizes bovine red blood cells.The characteristic clinical symptoms of this disease are high fever and hematuria.This disease can infect cattle of all ages and breeds,with young cattle having the highest infectivity,but the mortality rate is lower than that of adult and elderly cattle.Cattle infected with Babesiosis often exhibit a series of symptoms,including high fever retention,depression,loss of appetite,cessation of rumination,emaciation,anemia,jaundice,miscarriage,and hemoglobinuria.They often exhibit acute lesions,often with death as the outcome.The disease is prevalent in multiple countries and regions around the world,but it is most likely to occur in mountainous and forested areas.In addition,the prevalence of bovine Babesiosis is seasonal and regional,and it is an intergenic parasitic disease that seriously threatens the health of humans and animals in certain areas,hindering the development of the global cattle breeding industry.This article provides a series of explanations on the clinical symptoms,pathogen morphology,PCR identification results,and prevention and control measures observed by the author in diseased cattle,in order to provide useful information for the diagnosis and prevention of bovine pyrosis in the later stage.
