摘要 随着全球化进程的加快,饮食文化的传承与创新面临着新的机遇与挑战。烹饪教学作为饮食文化传播的重要途径,其融合创新变得尤为关键。本研究探讨了饮食文化的内涵与特点,分析了烹饪教学的现状与发展趋势,并提出了饮食文化与烹饪教学融合的模式与策略。通过案例分析,旨在为烹饪教育的创新发展提供参考,促进饮食文化的传承与创新。 With the acceleration of globalization,the inheritance and innovation of food culture are facing new challenges and opportunities.As an important way of food culture dissemination,culinary education's integration and innovation have become particularly crucial.This article explores the connotation and characteristics of food culture,analyzes the current situation and development trends of culinary education,and proposes models and strategies for the integration of food culture and culinary education.Through case analysis,the article aims to provide reference for the innovative development of culinary education and promote the inheritance and innovation of food culture.
